Hey there!
I'm a self taught artist from NJ, USA. I've been drawing ever since I started holding a pencil. My mother and Grandmother are wonderful artists who helped me appreciate art. My father and stepmother are also always there to support and encourage me. Family means a lot to me. I have a wonderful husband who supports everything I do in Art, that means he accepts my art supply addiction even when he knows I have too many... lol. I also have three daughters who inspire me to be better everyday to do more art. I love doing arts and crafts with them and helping them learn about art. Those girls are also my biggest critics, they're very honest about what they think about my illustrations.
I've tried many mediums throughout the years, but I always come back to ink. I love how a pen glides across the paper and the contrast the black ink makes against the white background. I use water resistant ink pens and sometimes add watercolor or color pencils to a piece. I've drawn up a few tattoos here and there and commissioned a few pieces of art as well.
